David Smith, CEO & Founder
David started his hotel career as a hotel management trainee in California on the Monterey Peninsula with Hyatt Hotels, under the
direction of Phil Lombardi, at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey. He graduated his skill set to Pebble Beach Resorts where he was
awarded "Manager of the Year" in 1987. In 1989 David moved briefly to Atlanta, where the corporate offices for Ritz-Carlton Hotels
were located, where he went through a rigorous education and training program. It was then that he learned the skill of "process management".

Gordon Vasquez, CIO & Founder
Born in 1964 in New York. Co-Founder of HotelTravelCheck.com Gordon is a
founding member of HotelTravelCheck.com where he holds the position of CIO
since it's inception in 2001. He is also a founding member for WebPMS.
Gordon has a background in internet web advertising and managing internet accounts.
Ulrich Schnetter, CFO & Founder
Born in 1960 in Coburg, Germany.
After completing his education and formal Hotel Training, Mr. Schnetter moved to the United States in 1985, where he joined The
Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, opening 12 hotels worldwide during his 8 year tenure. He founded USTA Corp., a Restaurant and
Consulting Company in 1994 and started For Catering LLC in 1997. Mr. Schnetter was the Executive Vice President for Raven
Hotels from 1998-2001 and is a founding member of HotelTravelCheck.com where he holds the position of COO since it's inception in 2001.
He is also a founding member for WebPMS and in addition holds the position of CFO for Customer Service Associates.
Bzur Haun, President
Bzur was the Vice-President of Channels and Strategic Accounts at Asurion Managed Wireless. Bzur brings over fifteen years of experience
in sales, managed services, and internet business with companies such as Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Convergys
(formerly DigitalThink). Bzur began his career with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the Kimpton Group.
