How HotelTravelCheck.com Works

Hotels participating in HotelTravelCheck.com™ agree to pay the industry standard 10% commission for reservations through qualified referrals forwarded to the participant's hotel. If the travel agent discovers their client has made a reservation with a hotel directly after being referred to the hotel website, the travel agent simply fills out the HotelTravelCheck.com inquiry form provided on the hotel website and presses send. The inquiry is routed through the qualified database maintained by HotelTravelCheck.com and then forwarded to the hotel to verify the reservation. Once verification has been made, the hotel responds back to HotelTravelCheck.com  and HotelTravelCheck.com will notify the agents of the status.

It is the responsibility of the travel agent to provide the necessary information to qualify the request. Once the request is qualified the hotel will then have 15 days to send a commission check, providing the guest has stayed and paid for their accommodation. In the event the guest has not yet stayed at the hotel, HotelTravelCheck.com  will store the request for commission in the HotelTravelCheck.com  database until the "stay" date has passed and been verified. The request will automatically be forwarded to the hotel as a courtesy reminder.
