Please Welcome Shannon Hadley and Kory Butler who are the newest members of the Renaissance National Sales team.
Shannon will be handling the Mid-Atlantic market. Shannon comes to us from The Ritz Carlton Hotels of Miami where she was the Area Director of Sales.
She has also held sales positions at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner and the Mayflower Hotel. We welcome
Shannon back to the Renaissance family!
Kory's area of responsibility will be the Southeast; she was most recently a Senior Sales Manager at the Renaissance Tampa International
Plaza Hotel and was part of its very successful opening. Prior to joining Renaissance, she was National Sales Manager at the Tampa Convention
& Visitors Bureau and started her hotel career at Walt Disney Company.

| Meet our Sales Coordinators |
We would like to introduce you to our fabulous Sales Coordinators. Without them, we could not be successful!
Teresa Haskell has been with Renaissance/Marriott for 21 years mostly at the Omaha Reservations center in various positions, Reservationists, Customer Service Representative, and National Group Sales. Teresa has been on our team since 2005 and supports Fergal O'Sullivan, Betsy Troup and Maureen Selke.
Teresa currently lives in Houston Texas with her two daughters, Simone and Jasmine. She loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Tracy Harris has been with Renaissance/Marriott for almost 10 years previously at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC as a Sales Assistant and Senior Sales Assistant. Tracy has been on our team for three years now and supports Pam Lee, Kory Butler and Shannon Hadley. Tracy resides in Maryland with her three children and enjoys roller skating and shopping (ask her how many shoes she has).
Tracy and Teresa are the glue that holds us all together and they have great relationships with our customers. Year to date, they have sent out over 1,000 leads to our hotels! Please reach out to them and educate them on your hotels!

| Account Overview - Women of Faith |
Women of Faith began in 1996 with 10 church conferences with an attendance of 36,000 women and as of the end of 2005, more than 3 million women shared the conference experience in sports arenas all over the United States and Canada. We are now in 28-30 cities with the Women of Faith conference and have recently started a teen girls conference, called The Revolve Tour, in 10 U.S. cities this year.
Our average attendee is 35-55 and attends our conference in groups from either church or family and friends. When contracting hotels for our attendees our three main concerns are quad occupancy, proximity to the venue and rate. We try to book with an average of 5-10 hotels per city to give our attendees a variety of hotel price options, locations and amenities. The 10% commission we request on our attendee contracts goes back into our operating expenses account to help bring the conferences to each city.
We ask for a separate, non-commissionable room block for our conference Staff/Main Speakers/Production Crew/Musical Artists and Guest Speakers (totaling about 170 people) in every city. Sometimes the Staff/VIP hotel is different from the attendee hotels depending on how many rooms the host hotel can offer. If they can offer more standard doubles above and beyond our Staff/VIP block, we'll contract an additional attendee block, up to 200 - commissionable 10% to Women of Faith . The Staff/VIP host hotel is chosen based on rate, proximity to the venue and amenities.
Women of Faith is based in Plano, TX and has 80-90 people in the home office. Our planning department consists of 10 people: 4 Event Planners, 2 Hotel Coordinators, 2 Volunteer Coordinators, 1 Arena Contract Manager and 1 Conference Director.
Women of Faith is a faith based women's organization encouraging women of all ages and stages of life to grow in faith and spiritual maturity through a relationship with Jesus Christ and an understanding of God's grace.

We have been out and about visiting our Renaissance Hotels.
Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and Spa, Alabama
Members of our team visited this hidden jewel that resembles a French chateau with Southern Hospitality. The hotel sits over looking
an 18 hole golf course, where a bag piper comes from the course to the hotel entrance, signaling the close of play for the day.
The Luxurious guestrooms and state-of-the art Spa, makes this hotel a great place to combine business and pleasure! Thanks to Joe Saling
and his team for a great site visit and showing us all that Ross Bridge and its surrounding areas has to offer.
Renaissance Pere Marquette and Renaissance Arts Hotel, New Orleans hosted our DBD Meeting and did an outstanding job.
We experienced the uniqueness of both hotels and got to taste both of Chef Renee's and Chef Chuck's specialties.
The Downtown area is back and ready for visitors. We had an opportunity to walk around Bourbon Street and experience the nightlife.
