New Client Process for HotelTravelCheck.com

Thank you for choosing HotelTravelCheck.com as your Internet Marketing Solutions Provider. Below is a detailed list of our new client process to let you know what to expect. Some things can be done in tandem, but other things must be completed before we can move to the next step. We will need your help to move through these steps - so that we can quickly get your new site up and running. See the timeline following these instructions.

1. After the contract has been signed and returned, payment submitted, you will be assigned a web account manager. Your web account manager will email you and begin the process. Your web account manager will be your primary contact for designing your site.


2. If we will be hosting your site, we will need to get the following information from you:
  1. We will need to have you transfer the domain to our servers as follows:
    NS1.SEO-REPORTS.COM
    NS2.SEO-REPORTS.COM


  2. We will need a list of email addresses to set up.

3. Next we will need to receive several items from you before we can begin the design process.

Send us any images you want to use on your site. This includes logos, brochures, room pictures, hotel pictures, etc. You can either burn the images onto a CD and send it to our corporate office or upload the images to our image management program (instructions below).

Instructions for uploading images to HotelTravelCheck.com:
  1. Go to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/HotelTravelCheck
  2. Enter your email address and your company name and website in the message box.
  3. Click Browse, locate your image file, and click Open. If you would like to add another file to the same email, click the link 'Add another file'. Repeat these steps until you have added all of your images.
  4. Click Send It. You should receive an email confirmation.

4. After we have received your images, we will email you a spreadsheet listing each image. You can then go through and indicate where you would like us to use each of the pictures (which page/url on your site).


5. We cannot begin the design process until we have received these items. Once we have these items, our designers will do a design mock-up for you. We will email you a link to the new design to review.


6. We will make any changes you require. Once you are happy with the design, we will build out the rest of the pages of the site.


7. You can have another review of the site and make any changes.


8. Once you are happy with the site, we will go Live and post it.


9. We will then add tags and optimize the site for search engine ranking.


10. After the site is live and the tags have been added, you will receive a search engine optimization report from us that shows your initial ranking with the search engines. You will then continue to receive the report on a monthly basis so that you can monitor your site's progress.


11. Additional changes to the site after we go live will be billed at $75.00 per hour.
