Dear HTC Client:

It has been a pleasure providing your property with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) over the last few months and for many of you, years. We are currently in the process of upgrading our Search Engine Optimization service and as, a HotelTravelCheck.com client, we are excited to offer your property the latest in internet marketing by providing a more thorough analysis on web positions compared to the actual traffic to your website. This new information will help you learn more about where your on-line visitors come from as well as help turn more visitors into customers which we all know means increased revenue for your property. The new monthly reports will include:

New Analysis available using Google's Web Analytics
New Web Positions using Google Webmaster Tools
Monthly dashboard of activity on your website

We have already begun phasing out the Web Position Gold software that we previously used and are in the process of implementing the new Google Analytics. In order to use Google Analytics effectively we need to ensure the software is installed on each website that HotelTravelCheck.com manages.

If HotelTravelCheck.com (HTC) is already hosting your website we have all of the information we need. For non hosted HotelTravelCheck.com (HTC) clients, we will need your login URL and username/password so we can access your web stats to analyze your website traffic details. With your permission, I am happy to contact your webmasters directly or assist your webmasters with installing Google Analytics. The Stats will simply allow us to access the information we need to generate our new reports - but will not grant us access to your website (FTP).

In addition to the monthly reporting we will be sending out at an excel file of search terms that are widely used in your market so you can add additional search terms we may not be aware of.

We are working on an intranet for you to login and get all the analytics information which we hope to have ready the by the first quarter of 2009. During this transition will be using email to relay the information.

As your Account Manager, I want to ensure this process is uncomplicated and seamless for your property. I will be contacting you beginning September 2nd to review this letter and, with your permission, contact your webmasters if necessary.
