Static IP Address Deliverability/Bounces/Stats Each client will be assigned a unique IP address to maintain it's integrity thus removing the chance for negative complaints against other domains effecting your deliverability efforts. Having a fresh IP address is like having a new social security number and trying to obtain credit. The bank (in this case the ISP) will give you a little credit upfront however will scale up or down depending on the spam complaint levels over time. Most of clients will experience erratic deliverability for the first few months until a solid reputation can be established with their new IP address. Best practice method's include posting a reminder at the top of the newsletter to alert the user to whitelist the "from" address and or IP. Communication is one of your most valuable assets.
