Email Storage:
Your email account (and Web Mail) has a quota of 200mb storage space available for you to use.
If you reach this storage limit, your email account (and Web Mail) will stop working.
To avoid this issue, please take the following measures:

Never activate the setting in outlook to "keep a copy on the server".
- Keep your webmail sent box cleaned out.
- Always empty your webmail trash before you log out.
Sending Email from your computer:
Unfortunately, any issues you may experience when sending e-mails
are out of our control. All outgoing mail is
managed by your outgoing SMTP server. This is generally
handled by your ISP or your in-house technical team.
